Van Care was founded after our owner experienced a serious accident that eventually required medical transport. During that time, the pain was intense, and every bump made it worse. But what stood out most were the caring professionals, quality equipment, and a team that treated the situation with empathy and urgency.
That firsthand experience made one thing clear: reliable transportation and compassionate support are not extras—they’re critical to a person’s wellbeing. It also brought something else into focus—how many people, especially seniors and those in chronic pain, struggle to access the care they need simply because they can’t move around easily. They’re unable to get to the right doctor, manage appointments, or leave home safely. In moments like these, having the right support can make all the difference.
That realization became the foundation of Van Care. We set out to provide the same level of empathy, attentiveness, and dignity that made a lasting impact during recovery.
